Kathryn Miller, MS LMFT CSAYC
Owner, Therapist
Ext. 1
I am a knowledgeable and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in treating a large array of concerns and issues with clients, whether cognitive, emotional, relational, or behavioral. I apply psychotherapeutic and family systems theories techniques for individuals, couples, and families for the purpose of understanding ways to be more self-aware, cope with difficult emotions and life events, improve their moods, gain control, feel connected, and develop skills to manage symptoms. Together we can develop insight into the problems, identify unhealthy behaviors and patterns, create positive life changes, find practical solutions, and learn to recognize and be able to draw upon your own strengths, life experiences and resiliency. I invite clients from all ages, whether individually or with family, to remove the roadblocks together.
I have twelve years of experience as a therapist, and have been independently licensed since March of 2016. I have experience working in the community, residential, office settings, and with multiple state agencies. Besides couples, marriage and individual counseling for multiple issues, I have a specialty in sexual problematic behaviors, trauma, troubled teens, and aggressive child behaviors through Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I want every client to feel comfortable, and be able to openly express their concerns from any view point.
I attempt to incorporate an eclectic range of treatment models. Several of these models are: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Certified Sexually Abusive Youth Counselor (CSAYC), Stages of Change, Systemic, Motivational Interviewing, PCIT, Family Systems, Strength-Based, Brief Solution Focused, and Narrative.
*CURRENTLY, KATHRYN MILLER IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY NEW APPOINTMENTS, and she is currently not offering PCIT services. We appreciate your understanding.

Kaitlyn Gregoire, MSW LSW
Therapist Associate

As a Licensed Social Worker, my goal is to create a safe, judgment free space as we work together to overcome struggles that have encouraged you to seek therapeutic treatment. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families who are impacted by substance abuse. I also have extensive experience and training working with individuals who are coming from hard places and are struggling with trauma, both in childhood and adulthood. I am a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner, which focuses on the impact trauma has on the brain and how we can rewire our interworking’s to overcome unwanted behaviors through holistic and tangible coping skills. I am currently working with clients from the ages of 14 and up, as well as couples. I am also a safe person for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
I utilize a strength-based, person-centered approach. I use several therapeutic techniques, predominantly cognitive behavioral therapy, to help you explore issues, then develop solutions and resolutions. I create an environment where it is safe to be vulnerable and help you generalize what you learn in the therapy office into your daily life. Being kind to yourself and taking care of you is essential.
I hope to be able to join you on your journey to greater peace and understanding of yourself.

Change is scary, but it can also be fulfilling. Navigating cultural, familial, societal, and even personal expectations can be difficult, but it can help us to explore our true and authentic selves. I want to congratulate you on taking the first step to discover your authentic self. I hope that through providing compassion and nonjudgmental listening, we can go on the journey of discovering your authentic self together.
We can explore mechanisms of coping and developing solutions through self-compassion work, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and socioeconomic and interpersonal exploration. I work from a social justice orientation, and am a safe and supportive person for individuals identifying on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.
